Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $99 (continental US).
- Standard shipping: $9.99 flat rate (5–7 business days).
- Expedited shipping: $19.99 (2–3 business days).
Delivery Area
We ship to all 50 US states. Alaska and Hawaii orders may experience additional transit time.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@omniresearchgroup.store with your order number. We will file a claim and either reship the order or issue a full refund.
