- AVS (Address Verification) — confirms your billing address matches your card.
- CVV verification — confirms you have physical possession of the card.
- 3D Secure — additional cardholder authentication when required by your bank.
- Fraud screening — automated review of transaction patterns.
Billing
All charges are one-time (non-recurring). Your statement will show a charge from Omni Research Group.
Disputes
If you don’t recognize a charge or have a concern about your order, please contact us at support@omniresearchgroup.store before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve most issues within one business day — a dispute can take weeks.
